Overview
The Peanuts x Timex Marlin Automatic puts Snoopy in his Flying Ace goggles across a silver-tone dial, and does it on the Marlin case that made the line worth collecting in the first place. A 40 mm stainless steel case, 13.5 mm deep, sits under a domed acrylic crystal that carries the warmth of a vintage watch rather than the glare of a modern one. The 21-jewel automatic movement runs without a battery and holds about forty hours, and the 20 mm black leather strap fastens on a buckle. Water resistant to 50 metres, with a date window. A watch for collectors of the strip and of mechanical Timex alike.
