Extended Holiday Returns Policy

To ensure a stress-free gift-giving experience this holiday season, Watch Direct is pleased to offer an extension on our standard returns period.

• Applicability: This extended policy applies to all orders placed from November 1st.

• Return Deadline: You have until January 31st, 2026 to initiate a return or exchange.

This extension allows you to shop for your watch and jewellery gifts with confidence, well in advance of the holiday period, knowing your purchase is covered.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
