Yes. Subscribers get early access to our Black Friday deals before they open to everyone. Sign up with the form on this page and we'll email you when your early access starts.

When should I order to get my watch before Christmas?

Our dispatch cut-off is 2pm (Sydney time) on weekdays, and orders after that are processed the next business day. Delivery times for each shipping option are on our shipping page. If you're short on time, choose Express Post at checkout, or pick your order up for free from our Marrickville showroom.

Can I return something I bought on Black Friday?

Yes. You can return sale items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they're unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Pierced jewellery can't be returned. See our returns policy for the details.

Do you offer extended returns over Christmas?

Yes. Orders placed from 1 November 2026 can be returned or exchanged until 31 January 2027, so Black Friday and Christmas gifts are covered over the holidays. The usual conditions apply: items must be unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

Can I use Afterpay or Zip on Black Friday deals?

Yes. You can pay with Afterpay (up to $3,000 per order), Zip, PayPal or card.
