The Accutron Spaceview 2020 2ES6A005 marks the return of an avant-garde legend, powered by a proprietary electrostatic movement that redefined electronic timekeeping.
This timepiece generates energy through twin induction turbines that rotate at high speeds with the wearer's motion, storing power in an accumulator to drive two specialized motors. The skeletonized dial features the signature Accutron green treatment with a transparent outer ring, providing a full exhibition of the movement's architecture. A distinctive orange seconds hand moves in a fluid, continuous sweep, a hallmark of the world's first electrostatic motor. Encased in 43.5mm of stainless steel and paired with a charcoal calf leather strap, this watch is a high-tech masterpiece for the modern horological enthusiast.

Seeing the future, since 1960
An open dial, born in the 1960s
Spaceview revives the open-work dial of its 1960s predecessor, which put the movement itself on display.
Powered by electrostatic energy
Twin turbines, turned by the motion of your wrist, generate electrostatic energy. It powers the world's first electrostatic motor, which drives the fluid sweep of the second hand.

About Accutron
Accutron arrived in 1960 with a tuning-fork movement that hummed instead of ticking, making it the world's first fully electronic watch. Bulova credits the breakthrough to Max Hetzel, a Switzerland-based electronics engineer. In 2020 Accutron introduced the world's first watch powered by electrostatic energy, generated by wrist motion through twin turbines.
