The Seiko 5 Sports SKX HDB003K brings the house's 145th anniversary to its most recognisable sports silhouette.
Its purple dial takes the Edo-murasaki shade worn widely in the Edo period, set against a 42.5mm stainless steel case, unidirectional rotating bezel and three-row bracelet, with the Seiko 5 Sports logo picked out in gold lettering. The 4R36 automatic calibre winds by hand or wrist, runs 41 hours and shows day and date at three o'clock. Curved Hardlex guards the dial, LumiBrite handles low light and water resistance reaches 100 metres. A see-through case back carries the LIMITED EDITION mark. Limited to 9,999 pieces.
